Term: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (with potential extension)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Rate: 58,000 annually prorated
Fluency in both French and English is required.
About the ACE Project
The Accessibility Confident Employers (ACE) Project supports employers across Atlantic Canada to build inclusive, accessible workplaces where people with disabilities can thrive.
We believe accessibility is not just compliance — it is about relationships, learning, and reimagining how workplaces welcome diverse experiences, strengths, and ways of working.
We work alongside employers, community partners, and job seekers to strengthen inclusive hiring practices and build meaningful pathways to employment.
About This Role
We are looking for a relationship-focused, community-minded leader to help grow the ACE Project in New Brunswick
This role is about connection through building relationships with employers, supporting inclusive learning opportunities, and helping translate accessibility into practical, real-world action.
You will work collaboratively with partners across Atlantic Canada while bringing regional insight, local relationships, and your unique perspective into the program.
There is no single “perfect” background for this role. Strong candidates may come from HR, workforce development, disability advocacy, community leadership, education, employment services, or lived experience navigating accessibility barriers.
