About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive service location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, driving operational performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and customer relationships while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee scheduling and workforce planning.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor workflow and shop capacity to maximize customer service and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational performance.
- Maintain facility appearance, equipment, and operational standards.
Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support customer retention efforts.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
Financial & Business Performance
- Support achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators including labour efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and operational expenses.
- Review reports and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
